Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary to do so in public interest;

Now, therefore, the State Government hereby rescinds the notification No. F-10-27/2013/CT/V (35) dated 20-05-2013 issued earlier under S.No. 8 of Schedule-III under the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005)

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st September, 2013.
