In pursuance of the provisions specified in column (2) of S. No. 8 of Schedule-Ill of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby notifies the goods specified in column (2) of schedule below under the said entry, namely:-

2. This notification with effect from the date of publication in official gazette.
