MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. F-A-3-195-2005-1-V (20) dated 31st March, 2006, namely:—

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 6 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely:-

"6.	Khapa Kareemwar (Paradsingha) in the district of Chhindwara on Chhindwara-Nagpur Road.	Between 73-74 K. M. from Chhindwara (towards Nagpur) on Chhindwara-Nagpur Road.".

This notification shall come into force 1-1-2013.
