MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F. A-3-195-2005-l-V-(20), dated 31st March, 2006, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, in the Schedule, for serial numbers 6 and 10 and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :-

"6.	Kajalwani,Tehsil Saunsar, District Chhindwara, on Narsinghpur-Chhindwara- Nagpur Road.	Between 49-50 K.M. from chhindwara (towards Nagpur) on Narsinghpur-Chhindwara- Nagpur Road (Highway No. 26-B).
10	Bheemdongri, Tehsil Bichhiya, District Mandla, on Jabalpur-Mandla-Raipur Road.	Between 182-183 K.M. from Jabalpur (towards Raipur) on Jabalpur-Mandla-Raipur Road".

2. This notification shall come into force from 1st September, 2011.
