In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Niranjan Arya, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, extend the date of submission of first quarterly return (i.e. for the period ending on June 30, 2011) in form VAT-10, for the year 2011-2012, to be furnished by dealers under 19 of Rajasthan value Added Tax Rules , 2006, up to October 9,2011
