In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Niranjan Arya, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's notification No. F.16 (375) Tax / CCT / 2006 / 653 dated July 26, 2011, as amended from time to time, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, the existing expression, "up to September 20, 2011", shall be substituted by the expression , "up to October 9, 2011."
