In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) , the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F.A-3-195-2005-I-V(20) dated 31st March, 2006, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, in the Schedule, serial number 5 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted

This amendment shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2011.
