In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 58 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby rescinds the notification No. F-10/39/2006/CT/V (32) dated 13-04-2006:-

2. This notification shall be effect upto 30-06-2017
