In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Value Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification no. F-A-3-195-2005-1-V(20) Dated 31.03.2006, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, in the Schedule, serail number 20 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

This amendment shall come into force with effect from 1st October, 2009.
