MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do with a view to prevent or check evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh Value Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Value Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby sets up check post and erects barrier at the place specified in the Table below, from 1st September, 2009.
