In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F-A-3-31-09-1-V-(24), dated 31st August, 2009, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the Schedule, for entries relating to Village Kemaha (Chhatarpur), the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

2. This notification shall come into force from 20th April 2016.
