In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan. Value Added Tax Act, 2003,(Act No.4 of 2003), I, B.N. Sharma, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do hereby extend the date of submission of the first quarterly return (i.e. For the period ending on 30th June, 2009) for the year 2009-10, to be furnished by the class of registered dealers as notified under sub rule (7) of rule 19 vide notification no. F.16(375)/Tax/VAT/CCT/06-373 dated February 27, 2009, up to October 31, 2009.
