In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan. Value Added Tax Act, 2003,(Act No.4 of 2003), I, B.N. Sharma, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do hereby makes the following amendments in this Department's notification no. F.16(375)/Tax/VAT/CCT/06-585 dated August 13, 2009, namely:

In the said notification, the existing expression "upto September 15, 2009" shall be substituted by the expression "upto October 31, 2009".
