In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, makes the following amendments in this department's Notification No. F.A-3-195-2005-1-V(20), dated 31st March, 2006, namely :

AMENDMENTS

In the Schedule to the notification,-

(i) for S. No. 2 and entries relating thereto, the following s. No. and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :

Balsamund in the district of Badwani on Agra-Mumbai Road.

Between 136-137 K.M. From Indore (towards Mumbai) on Agra-Mumbai Road.

(ii) S. No. 3 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

2. This notification shall come into effect from 21st November, 2006.
