In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 of Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2005) the State Government hereby makes following amendment in Notification No.F-10/33/2006/CT/V(23) dated 07.04.2006:-
AMENDMENT
In the said Notification in serial No. the words "silk, silk cloth and" shall be omitted.
2. This amendment shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 01-04-2006.
