THE CHHATTISGARH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005 - NOTIFICATION

NOTIFICATION No. F -10/52/2006/CT/V ( 43) - Dated 28th April, 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification No. F-10/41/2006/CTN (35) dated 13-04-2006 with effect from Ist April, 2006:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification-

1. The figure and word "42 and" shall be omitted.

2. S.No. 6 and entry relating thereto shall be omitted.

3. S.No. 7 shall be re-numbered as S.No. 6.
