NOTIFICATION No. F-10/41/2006/CT/V(35)., Dated 13th April, 2006

In exercise of powers conferred by section 15-A Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005( No.2 of 2005), the State Government hereby deletes the goods specified at S. No. 66 of Part II of Schedule-II of the said act and adds the following goods after S. No.5 of Part III of Schedule-II of the said act with effect from 1^st April, 2006
