Appointment of Appellate Authority under DGST Act, 2017

In Exercise of the power conferred upon me by sub-section (1) of section 5 read with clause (8) of section 2 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the rules framed there under and consequent to Notification No. 28/2018-State Tax dated 02.09.2019 and In supersession of Notification No. F.No.(03)/HR/DGST/2018/5220-29 dated 08.05.2018, I hereby authorise all Special Commissioners/Additional Commissioners and Joint Commissioners of this department to perform the functions of Appellate Authority to hear appeals referred to in Section 107 of the DGST Act, 2017.
