Appointment of Appellate Authority under DGST Act. 2017.

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by sub-section (1) of section 5 read with clause (8) of section 2 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the rules framed there-under, I do hereby authorise all the Additional Commissioner of this department to perform the functions of Appellate Authority to hear appeals as referred to in section 107 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
