In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. FA-3-17-2010-l-V-(94), dated 24th November, 2010, namely

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the words "Essar Oil Limited", the words "Nayara Energy Limited" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall deemed to have come into force from 25th May 2018.
