In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tripura State Goods"and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government hereby constitutes an Authority to be known as the Tripura Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members:

1. Sri Santosh Karmakar, TCS, SSG, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Tripura.

2. Sri L. Beimopha, Joint Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax.

This is issued in supersession of earlier Notification No.F. 1-11- (98)-TAX/GST/2017 dated 4th November, 2017, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide No.408, dated 8th November, 2017.

This Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
