In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government hereby constitutes'an Authority to be known as the Tripura Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members:

1. Sri Dasharath Debbarma, TCS, SSG, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Tripura.

2. Sri L. Beimopha, Joint Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax.

This Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
