In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department, No.8/2017 - State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 551, dated the 29th June, 2017, and amended vide notification No.38/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 13th October, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 969, dated the 13thOctober, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 2018", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2018" shall be substituted.
