In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, this Department's Notification No. FA-3-57-2017-1-V (26), dated the 30th January, 2018.
