In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of serial numbers 9 and 10 of this department's notification No. FA 3-57-2017-1-V-(100) dated the 7th September, 2017, Shall come into force.
