MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that it is necessary so to do with a view to prevent or check evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in this department's notification No. F-A 3-195-2005- 1-V (20), dated 31st March 2006, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial numbers 4 and 13 and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :-

2. This Notification shall come into force from the date of publication.
