In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. F-A-3-195-2005-l-V(20) dated 31st March, 2006, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 6 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely;-

"6.	Village Satnur in the district of Chhindwara on Chhindwara-Nagpur Road.	At Integrated Check post between 72-73 K.M. from Chhindwara (towards Nagpur) on Chhindwara-Nagpur Road.".
