In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 103 of the Daman and Diu Value Added Tax Regulation, 2005 (1 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the said Regulation), the Government hereby otherwise amends the Third Schedule to the said Regulation in the following manner, namely :-
(A) Amendments in the Third Schedule appended to the said Regulation :
1. After Entry No. 440, the following entry of Serial No.441 shall be added, namely
441. Transfer of property in goods (in a composite form ) involved in the execution of works contract of -
a). Fabrication and erection of structural works of iron and steel, including fabrication, supply and erection of Iron trusses, purloins and the like.
b). Fabrication and installation of cranes and hoists
c). Fabrication and installation of rolling shutters and collapsible gates
d). Civil works such as construction of building, bridges, roads, dams, canals, diversions.
e). Installation of doors, door frames, windows, frames and grills
f). Supply and fixing of tiles, slabs, stones and sheets
g). Supply and fitting of electrical goods, supply and installation of electrical equipments including transformers.
h). Sanitary fittings for plumbing and drainag or sewerage.
i). Laying underground surface pipelines, cables or conduits.
j). Painting, Polishing and white washing
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
