In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Schedule to the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005) with effect from 01 September, 2024, namely:-

In the Schedule to the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005),-

(a) In column (3) of serial number 4, for "25 percent", the words "14.5 percent" shall be substituted.
