In exercise of the powers conferred under the third proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 29 of the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Goa Act 9 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act"), I, S. S. Gill, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Government of Goa, do hereby extend the period specified for completion of assessment for the financial year 2020-21 by a further period of three months beyond 31st March, 2024.

All assessments for the year 2020-21 shall, therefore, be completed in all respects on or before 30th June, 2024.
