In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-B) of the Section 20-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. CT-4-2-0001-2024-Sec-l-V (CT) (06), Bhopal, dated 7th February, 2024 namely :-

In the said notification, in para 4, for the figure "60", the figure "120" shall be substituted.
