In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No.4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule-VI appended to the said Act, with effect from 6:00 AM of 15.03.2024, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule VI appended to the said Act;-

(i) In column number 3 against serial number 1, for the existing expression "19.30" , the expression "17.30" shall be substituted;

(ii) In column number 3 against serial number 5, for the existing expression "31.04" , the expression "29.04" shall be substituted;
