In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (20 of 2002) and in accordance with Notification No. F-A-3-01-2022-l-V(13), Bhopal, dated 4th February, 2022 of this department, the State Government, hereby, specify the areas in Column (3) of the Appellate Authority mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below to exercise the powers to dispose off the Appeal cases pending or arising Under Section 46 of the said act against orders passed by Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Tax. This responsibility shall be in addition to their present responsibilities:-
