ANNEXURE-II
List of Features/Installations and their sensitive attributes
Table
> Nuclear Power Plants
> Heavy Water Plants
> Nuclear Fuel Complex,
> Research & Development Units.
Note: All these Installations Not to be labelled in Geospatial data and Map. No attribute to be attached to the feature geometry of these installations (Point, Line, Polygon) in vector form and in Geo-tagged Raster form.
> Plutonium-239; uranium- 233; uranium enriched in the isotopes 235 or 233; any material containing one or more of the foregoing.
> Uranium containing the mixture of isotopes occurring in nature other than in the form of ore or ore residue; uranium depleted in the isotope 235; thorium; any of the foregoing in the form of metal, alloy, chemical compound, or concentrate
"Atomic mineral" includes the minerals as specified in Part B of the First Schedule to the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1975 (67 of 1957). For Atomic Minerals, threshold values for exploration and exploitation are prescribed under Atomic Mineral Concession Rules, 2016.
Note: All these facilities Not to be labelled in Geospatial data and Map. No attribute to be attached to the feature geometry of these installations (Point, Line, Polygon) in vector form and in Geo-tagged Raster form.
*Since the security Installations/Features and secured facilities mentioned above are quite generic, there may be instances where some of the attributes restricted here in case of a particular facility are allowed by the Ministry/Department concerned as owner of those facilities and made available on the official website of their organisation, displayed through public notices and signages outside their compounds or other-wise shared by them for public dissemination and in such cases, the stipulated regulations as mentioned above shall stand relaxed for those specific cases to the extent allowed by the owner of such facilities.
