Body Notification No. F A 3-18-2018-1-V(33), Dated 16th June 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) and in supersession of this department's notification No. F A 3-18-2018-l-IV-(62) Bhopal, dated 28th September 2020, the State Government, hereby, appoints the Officers mentioned in Column (2) of the table below as Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and confers the powers to dispose off the Appeal cases pending or arising Under section 46 of the said act in the area. This responsibility shall be in addition to their present responsibilities.
