In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) and sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(Act No. 9 of 2017)( hereinafter referred to as the said Act). I. Dr. Ravi Kumar Surpur, Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan hereby authorize the officers as mentioned in column no. 2, for the purpose of Section 151 to call for information relating to any matter dealt with in connection with the said Act from any person within the jurisdiction as mentioned in column no. 3 and subject to prior approval from the respective ACCT(Adm.) Zone/Enforcement/Business Audit mentioned in Column No. 4 against each of them in the table given below:-
