In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 11-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2002 and in supersession of this department's notification No.F-A-3-14-2010-1-V (69) dated 16th August, 2010, the State Government, hereby, provides that an application for grant of registration certificate under section 17 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) shall be furnished by a dealer electronically in Form-6 through the official web portal of the department (www.mptax.mp.gov.in) in accordance with the instructions given in the web portal.

2. The application of certificate of registration by a dealer shall mandatorily be filed electronically only under rule 11-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2002.
