In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003) read with sub-section (2) of section 174 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), I. Ravi Jain, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, hereby, make the following amendments in department's notification No. F. 16 (100) Tax/CCT/14-15/2655 dated 12.03.2021, as amended from time to time, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,-

(i) In clause 1 of the said notification, for the existing expression "31.12.2021". the expression "31.03.2022" shall be substituted.

(ii) The existing sub-clause (c) of clause 2.2 shall be deleted.

(iii) The existing sub-clause (c) of sub-category (i) of clause 2.4 shall be deleted.
