In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, in column 2 against serial number 81, for the existing expression "Registered dealers selling High Speed Diesel to manufacturers and works contractors registered under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017)", the expression "Registered dealers selling High Speed Diesel to manufacturers and works contractors and those engaged in mining, who are registered under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017)" shall be substituted.
