In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Telangana Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987 (Act No.22 of 1987), the Government of Telangana hereby make the following amendment to the Telangana Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Rules, 1987, issued in G.O.Ms.No.556, Revenue (S) Department, dated 08.06.1987 and as subsequently amended from time to time:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, for rule 8, the following shall be substituted.

"8. Exhibition of certificate:-

The holder of the certificate of registration or the certificate of enrolment, as the case may be, shall produce the certificate of registration or the certificate of enrolment or a copy thereof when demanded by the assessing authority, either in digital or physical form."
