In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in this departments notification No. F-10-59/2020/CT/V (136), dated 24-12-2020, namely :-

In the said notification,-

For the figures and punctuation "31-01-2021", wherever they occur the figures and punctuation "10-02-2021" shall be substituted.
