In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 10 of 2017), I hereby delegate the powers vested in me under section 83(1) of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 to the following officers of the department for speedy disposal/recovery of GST dues:-

i. Addl. Commissioner of State Taxes and Excise, South Zone, Shimla, H.P.

ii. Joint Commissioner of State Taxes and Excise, Central Zone, Mandi, H.P.

iii. Joint Commissioner of State Taxes and Excise, North Zone, Palampur, H.P.
