The Lt. Governor of Delhi is pleased to appoint Dr. Franklin Laltinkhuma, Special Commissioner-1, DGST as the Member of State Government in the Delhi Authority for Advance Ruling, constituted vide No.F.3( 17)/Fin(Rev.-I)/2017-18/DS-V1/412 dated 04.07.2017, in place of Sh. Vinay Kumar, Special Commissioner, DGST, with immediate effect.
