In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 96 of Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with Rule 103 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 Government hereby reconstitute the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling with the following members:

1) Member (Central Tax) - Sri Sachin Balasahab, Joint Commissioner, CGST Commissionerate, Visakhapatnam Zone.

2) Member (State Tax) - Sri D.Ramesh, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Vijayawada.

2. The authority shall function from the Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
