In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (99) of section 2 read with sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the Chief Commissioner, State tax, Rajasthan as Revisional Authority for revision of decision or orders as referred to in section 108 of the said Act.
