In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with effect from 01.04.2020 namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Apt, after the existing serial number 81 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 82 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

M/s Rajasthan State Ganganagar Sugar Mills Ltd.
