In exercise of the powers conferred by subrule (3) of Rule 1 of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Dispute Rules, 2020, the Commissioner of State Tax hereby appoints the 15th day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Rules, 2020, shall come into force.
