In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section 1 of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Act, 2019 (Bihar Act 20, 2019), the Commissioner of State Tax hereby appoints the 15th day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Act, 2019 (Bihar Act 20, 2019), shall come into force.
