In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 108 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in supersession of this department's notification no. F 17 (131) ACCT/GST/2017/4728 dated 08.08.2019. I, Dr. Preetam B Yashwant, Commissioner, State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby, notifies that appeal to the Appellate Authority under sub-section (1) of Section 107 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) shall be accepted, if filed manually in Form GST APL-01 for the period from 01.07.2017 till the online-module on GSTN portal comes into force.
