In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, do hereby make the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 27485-FIN-CT1-TAX-0072-2017, dated the 16th September, 2017, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1529 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 16th September, 2017 bearing S.R.O. No. 412/2017, namely:-

In the said notification, for serial number 1 and serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serials and entries against those shall be substituted, namely:-

"1. Shri Ananda Satpathy, Special Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha and

2. Shri Gopal Krishna Pati, Joint Commissioner of Central Tax, Bhubaneswar."
